New facade, new paint, new design, new norms, new prices

Eric Gachignard who has been chef of La Flamiche for 23 years is taking the challenge as new owner.

Continuing to aim for excellence while reducing prices, he is partnering with a business angel who believes in his project.

Together, they took over the restaurant from the 37 years long owner Marie-Christine Borck-Klopp named: « Madame ».
